마이클 무어 같은 좌파성향의 사람의 다큐멘터리도 아니고, 미국 정부의 지원을 받는 미국 공영방송국에서 만든 리포트 프로그램에서 다룬 미국의 health care. 한국의 의료제도만 겪어본 분은 이 사람들이 자기네 시스템이 좋다고 말하는 부분이 왜 좋은지 이해가 되질 않을 것이다. 왜냐면 대부분 한국과 비슷하니까. 반면, 여기나오는 점들이 대부분 미국에서는 이루어지지 않는 것들이다.
미국의 민영 의료제도는
1. 효율적이지도 2. 저렴하지도 3. 시민들의 건강에 도움이 되지도
않는 시스템임에 틀림이 없다.
반면, 한국의 의료보험에 대해서 의사가 아닌 사람들에게 문제가 있냐고 물어보면, 과연 문제가 있다고 말하는 사람이 얼마나 있을까? 공급자인 의사나 의사협회의 의견과는 전혀 딴판이다.
의료보험이 의사와 병원을 위한 것인지 환자를 위한 것인지를 생각해보면 어느쪽이 문제가 있다고 생각할 때 고쳐야하는 건지의 기준이 좀 더 잘 서지 않을까 싶다.

작업하다 보니 JOnAS와 Tomcat 커넥터가 Java VM이라 windows용 binary를 깔아야 한다는 사실을 발견. 갑자기 재미가 없어지려 한다.
1. 설치 cygwin setup을 이용하여 apache2를 다운받는다. 다운로드 받으면 httpd.conf는 /etc/apache2 httpd2.exe및 httpd2.exe의 실행 스크립트인 apachectl2는 /usr/sbin 일부 기본 화일들은 /usr/share/apache2 실행 모듈들은 /usr/lib/apache2 에 설치가 됩니다.
2. 실행전 /usr/sbin에 PATH설정이 안되어 있는 경우 shell resource에 PATH=/usr/sbin:$PATH 를 추가해줍니다. apache2는 cygwin에서 cyrserver를 이용하여 IPC를 사용하므로 cyrserver를 미리 실행해주어야 합니다. 아래 두 줄을 타이핑 해주면 됩니다.
cygserver-config net start cygserver 그리고, 환경변수에 CYGWIN=server가 있어야 하므로 export CYGWIN=server를 해야 합니다. 환경변수를 설정하기 싫으시다면 아래와 같은 요령으로 하시면 됩니다. cygrunsrv -I foo -p /usr/sbin/foo -e "CYGWIN=server"

5. Driving standing still You've probably heard that it takes more gas to restart a car than to let it run. Maybe that used to be true, but it isn't anymore. With modern fuel-injection engines, it takes very little extra gas to restart a car once it's warmed up. Idling, meanwhile, burns about a half-mile worth of gas every minute, according to the California Energy Commission.
6. Short hops Go to your farthest destination first so your engine has a chance to reach its optimal operating temperature. Then make your other stops on the way back. With the engine warmed up, the car will restart easily and run efficiently all the way home.
